Refund & Return Policy
We stand behind Aerova with a 30-day money-back guarantee. If you're not completely satisfied, you may return your order within 30 days of delivery for a full refund of the product price.
How to start a return
Email support@getaerova.com with your order number and the reason for the return, and we'll reply with instructions. Items should be returned in reusable condition where possible.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Damaged or defective items
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or missing any of the three suction cups, email support@getaerova.com within 30 days with a photo and we'll send a free replacement or issue a full refund.
